Do you have any burning questions about our coaching? We may have already answered below but if we haven't you can get in touch.

How do I sign up?

You can do that here when sign ups are open. If sign ups are not currently open that's because we're in the middle of an intake, in which case get your name on the waiting list to be the first to hear when the next intake opens up. We can't wait to join your team.

How much is it?

Our coaching works out to be around £31 per week, for 8 weeks of unrivalled support.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. We want reaching your goals to be affordable, in which case, we give you the choice of two packages at the point of signing up:

Option 1)
Pay £249 for the 8 weeks up front


Option 2)
Split the payment into two charges of £126 (the first payment of £126 will be charged on the day you sign up, and the second payment of £126 a calendar month later).

Can I stay after the 8 weeks, and how?

Yes, we’ve got your back long term! We're confident that you'll love it so much that you'll want to stay longer than 8 weeks. Keep us on your team with a rolling monthly Empowered Membership once the 8 weeks come to an end. We’ll send you a link at the end of week 8 so you can sign up to stay on, that way there’s no gap in support. 

How much is it to stay on?

It’s £109 per month to stay on with our Empowered Membership. In fact, at £25.15 per week, it works out to be cheaper than the first 8 weeks but the support you receive doesn't change, it actually gets better as we get to know you more and more.

Who will be my coach?

On Empowered in 8 both Sarah and Catherine will be coaching you but for the sake of your 1-1 check ins we will assign one of us as your check in coach, based on who we think will be best suited to your needs. We'll let you know who your check in coach is when we send your targets at the beginning of the programme. 

How do the 1-1 check ins work?

Your 1-1 check ins are in a reflective written format. You’ll be notified on Thursday on weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 to complete your check in within the app. Then your coach will reply to your check in via the app within a day or two. These check ins are your opportunity to get 1-1 support so make the most of them.

How do I contact my coach outside of check ins?

All contact with coaches outside of the scheduled check ins will take place inside of the Facebook group. You can tag your coach in any questions you have here. This ensures that nothing is missed. If your message is very personal or sensitive in nature and cannot wait until your next check in please email your coach via hello@empoweredin8.com.

Do I need access to a gym to take part?

No. We have options for home workouts and gym workouts so wherever you are training, we have you covered.

Do I already need to be fit/strong to take part?

No. We have workouts that will cater to you whether you’re an exercise beginner who’s never been to the gym before, or a seasoned gym goer. We’ll make sure that you’re adequately challenged and have the right space to build your confidence.

We even have simplified workout options specifically for people who are brand new to resistance exercise with options to transition to other workouts once you feel more confident. 

At the same time we also offer challenging workouts for those who are more experienced.

I'm pregnant, can I sign up?

We know an excellent pre and postpartum coach who we can refer you to if you're looking for support throughout and following your pregnancy. Just get in touch and we'll make sure we help you find the right support.

Can I do my own workouts?

Yes. We can support you with your nutrition, rest, recovery, and goals, whether you are following our workouts or not. If you are already following workouts that you enjoy and they’re getting you results then we don’t want to stop you from doing them. But we would like to know some details about what you’re doing, how often etc. so we can support you from a place of being fully informed.

Can I work with my face to face PT while on the programme?

That’s another yes! If you enjoy sessions with your PT and get lots from this face to face contact then keep going! We can support you with your nutrition, rest, recovery, and goals, whether you are following our workouts or not. You may even be able to do a mix and match of face to face PT sessions and our workouts.

I’m injured and can’t do the workouts, can I still sign up?

Yes. This is probably one of the most important times to seek support and even more reason to double down on other areas of your health and wellbeing. The support of the group and of the coaches stretches further than only workouts. We aren’t qualified to treat your injury but we will guide you and keep you accountable to your goals whether you can train or not.

How do I get access to the group?

Once you have signed up we’ll send you a link to the Facebook group. You will need to request to join. You’ll then gain access to the group on the Saturday prior to the group start date so don’t worry if you don’t see anything before then. We realise that some people may not want to go on social media to access the group but we encourage you to create an alias account instead and use it just for the group. 

How are my targets and workouts delivered to me?

Your targets and workouts will be delivered via our coaching app which you will gain access to during the sign-up process. This is the place where you will complete check ins, access and log your workouts, and track your progress. All in one place! There’s no need to visit various platforms and websites to see all your stuff. 

You’ll get access to all of your targets via the app on the Saturday prior to the group start date so don’t worry if you don’t see anything before then. 

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your package or membership at any time. There is a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchasing your package where you may request a refund. Refunds after this time are not available but we will consider refunds under exceptional circumstances. Refunds may be partial instead of full under certain circumstances where you've already had access to coaching material and resources in the app etc.
